Personalization Problems Fixed
If a mistake was made on the personalization of a product or products, contact us and we'll send out a replacement as
soon as possible at no charge to you. Send us an email at
or call us at 315-635-2094 so we can arrange to get a corrected item out to you. Fully explain what the problem is (i.e., misspellings,
wrong dates, or missing information) so we can correct it to your satisfaction. If we require the incorrect item returned to us, we'll
refund your shipping charges.
